This photo worth RM50!

guess what? I just won the "Jurukamera Merdeka" on the 30th Aug. The competition was organized by Mr Joseh Anthony as one of the activities during "Merdeka Month" in the school. I did not expect the organizer would pick my photo. Anyway, I am happy with with and actually has motivate me for advance lesson. For me it was "small step for an ultra wide leap!". To Mr Joseh, thanks, you show me the way and I took my chances!

I guess I m right this time!

I can be satisfied with this piece of hdr photo now. The photo of my housing area in palm beach Kinarut. The flow is ;
i) merge raw file in photoshop c3 in tiff format if using sony raw.
ii) save as radiance in 32 bits color
iii) use photomatic for tone mapping
iv) finally reduce noise save as jpeg in ps c3 once again.

My failed HDR picture

Learn to produce the HDR image make me laugh at myself. I already follow all the steps but finally found the result funny & failed. I m not going to stop until I get satisfied. Anyway, just to remind me how hard it is at the beginning, these picture will tell.

Failed Photos

Photos that show unexpected events, funny moment & break the rules etc really fascinate me. I like to try this as my photography trademark. Need to figure out some shot! Just to get the ideas. Here is a photo taken during my journey to the city. I noticed that the car put so many flags behind make me wondered if the driver would be able to to view the back clearly with the stuffs blocking his view all the way around . So, as a conclusion this is FAILED! ho ho...

My 1st touch up self tutorial

First of all thank to Joseh Anthony http://josehcreations.blogspot.com/ my buddy that gave me the photoshop sc3 software for photo editing. No doubt this software is very powerfull tool in producing great picture. It kind of a magic tools. Here is the result of my 1st self tutorial that took me more an a hour to complete. What a beginner ! This is the OOB effect that I learned from the chip magazines april 2010 published by Sandeep Balachandran, thanks bacha!
